We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at contactus.vline@gmail.com

You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Hygiene seals must remain intact

  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn shapewear unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contactus.vline@gmail.com

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video evidence

We will offer:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Full refund

(Return shipping covered by us for faulty items)


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty

  • We recommend tracked shipping

  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn shapewear

  • Washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance items (if applicable)


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider
